YEARBOOK PLANS BEING CONSIDERED That Weber will have a regular yearbook because of the cost and the lack of time remaining, has been definitely decided. Three substitutes are being considered. One plan is to combine a supplementary issue of the Herald, including pictures and autograph page, with the regular issue of the paper. The second suggestion is to aasemble in a final issue of the Herald all valuable material from past issues. The third plan is to give school support to a diferent type of ACORN CRUMBS A decisi on will be made soon. In order to remedy this wholesale murder of time I suggest that our radio students install a radio in one of the rooms, so that those who bring their lunch might spend a profitable and enjoyable half of the noon-hour. Mar ion Hi 1 1 LAMENT ON NEW YEAR'S DAY One more of life's rich years is memory now 1 One more has come--at least I find The change was made; I still don't quite know how. For I with all the others of my kind Made joyous revel till the brimming cup Put me beneath the furniture to stay. (I guess that's where--each time that I'd start up Mahogany was always in the way.) Strange, is it not, that people deem it sane (In this fair age, when Reason rules our race) To greet the coming year with reason gone? How strange indeed that we should choose to face The new year's hope beneath this dead'ning load, Unconscious at the turning of the road! They say Mr. Trevithich couldn't pronounce his own name until he was sixteen years old. PATRONIZE YOUR HERALD ADVERTISERS If it's any thing in Printing-Ruling-Binding WE CAN DO IT, AND DO IT WELL.
