Show PIXXO. The weather continues very pleasant. Robert Piatt went to Cedar City today to-day on business. Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Palmer of Cedar City were here on the 7th inst. Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Tullis and Mrs. Wilson Tullis went to Gunlook on the 8th inst. for the purpose of celebrating Jeremiah Leavitt's birthday, which occurred on the 9th inst. Woodruff Tullis has just returned from Lund, and reports that improvements improve-ments are being- made. A postoffice, two saloons, and depot has been erected, and other buildings are going up rapidly. rap-idly. . The school boys of this place have been engaged in a scalp hunt for the past two weeks, at the end of which time the losers were to prepare an ice cream supper for the winners. The party took place on the evening of the 10th inst, at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. N, D. Forsyth and a very enjoyable enjoy-able time was had. |
