Show WASHINGTON Mrs. Caddie Neilson Reporter A special program under the direction di-rection of the genealogical committee com-mittee with William Tobler, chairman, chair-man, in charge, was given in our Sacrament meeting Sunday. Lieut, and Mrs. Howard Morris arrived Sunday from Oklahoma to spend a short furlough before going go-ing on to North Carolina, where Lieut. Morris has been transferred transfer-red to his new post. Mrs. Golden Paxman and little daughter, Judith Allen made a business trip to Las Vegas last Thursday, returning Friday. Lee Averett is visiting relatives and friends here on furlough from Camp White, Ore. Mr. and Mrs. Antone Nisson arrived ar-rived Sunday from Los Angeles to spend their spring vacation. They left Tuesday accompanied by Mrs. W. O. Nisson for Provo and Salt Lake City, where they will l visit relatives. Coleene Turner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Turner Jr., had the misfortune to break her arm last Saturday when she fell from a moving car. Mrs. Bert Cornell left Friday for San Diego, Calif., to visit with her son, Orilon, who is stationed there. Mrs. Ray Spendlove spent last Thursday and Friday at Hurricane visiting with relatives. Mrs. Ernest Tanner was hostess to her Rook club on Thursday of last week. Mrs. Harold Cox and small son of St. George spent Saturday at the N. S. Sandberg home. Mrs. Aggie Sproul is visiting with her son, Clark and family in Los Angeles. |
