HOWARD CROON.STON IMKS IN LOS ANGELES Word has been received here by Mrs. Pearl Cobb and Miss Nellie Crookston of the death of the latter's father, Howard Crookston at the Mission Hospital Hospi-tal in Los Angeles, February 27. He underwent an operation for appendicitis a week "before his death but his appendix had ruptured rup-tured and although given the best of care he did not recover. Word was received a few days before his death that he seemed better so his death came as a shock to relatives here. He was well known and well respected in St. George and 'eaves many friends to mourn his passing.
