Show FUNERAL HELD FOR FRANK SLADE IN CENTRAL WED: CENTRAL, Oct. 30 Funeral services for Frank Slade, 42, were held Wednesday, October 30 in the Central School house. Mr. Slade was killed instantly pn Monday when the mine in which he was working in Pi-oche, Pi-oche, Nevada caved in, burying him under four ton of debris. Benjamin Franklin Slade was born at Panguitch in 1S93. His parents William Slade and Nancy Holt Slade were called by church authoiity to move to Mexico when Frank, their youngest child was five years old. They later returned return-ed to Dixie where he married Lily Maude Jones of Enterprise in the 3t. George Temple on July 23, 1914. A. Slade, Lehi, Utah; Mrs. Ellen Hancock, Richfield, Rich-field, Utah; Mrs. Alice Miller, Panguitch, Utah; Mrs. Clara Rollins, Rol-lins, and J. W. Slade, Lyman, Wyoming; Mrs. Mary Curtis, Sol- omahsville, Arizona and Mrs. Ed Knight, Bunkerville, Nevada. Mr. Slade will be remembered as an employee of the Dixie Power company several years ago. |
