Show PNEUMONIA TAKES REX D. LEAVITT CENTRAL, May 15 Rex D. Leavitt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Leavitt died at the Washington Wash-ington County Hospital, Monday, May 13 of pneumonia 'following an operation for ulsers of the stomach. Mr. Leavitt was born, December Decem-ber 10, 1902 at Mesquite, Nevada. Neva-da. He was married to Erma Potter, December 3, 1925 at the St. George Temple. The first Ave years of their married life was spent in Las Vegas, Nevada. They then moved to Provo, Utah, where they remained three years. For the past two years they have lived at Central. He has proved to be a very energetic citizen and a diligent worker in the M. I. A. He is survived by his wife, Erma Potter Leavitt and three small children, Rexina, 8, Reta June, 5, and Lois, 2. He also leaves his father and mother and I four brothers and sisters: Mrs. I Pearl Emmet t of Montana; Ether, Eth-er, Las Vegas, Nevada; and Miss Radna and Raymond of Central. Funeral services were held at Mesquite, Nevada, Tuesday afternoon af-ternoon at two o'clock. |
