Show Walter Ivcrson of 'Washing-ton is here on a visit and other business. Dudley Leavitt has a very bad leg-, caused by a burn aggravated by cold. Samuel Reber, Joseph Keber, and Albert Strasser have gone south on a prospecting trip. The first crop of lucern is all stacked and the second crop is growing- nicely; grain is all headed out and prospects for a good crop are very favorable this year. M. Abbott and son, James, and y ester Spreg, of Bunkerville, are here to level a ditch and find out if the springs arc all in one body of water and can be forced to a height of thirty-five thirty-five feet. If the water can be raised that much it will irrigate about 1000 acres of land. |
