Just take a look at the old Pedersen shop and grounds and go and do likewise. He is a son of J. P. Pedersen and the old blacksmith grounds are as neat as a new pin, with trees and shrubs planted, and the machinery all in place. It just shows how attractive one can make a place if he sets his mind to it. No need longer for dumpy looking grounds, nor ragged edges, nor broken down fences. And it isnt Spring either, which does away with another custom that of Spring cleaning. Lets d have a program, and keep our places attractive through out the year we live there all year, dont we? and theres nothing too good for us, is there? ; fc v- SklXDO ntvCT PROVO UTAH. R. F. D. He is a slender, scholarly looking young man who as he talked seemed to reawaken a belief in democracy, christiani'y, all good. The most dominant thought in the entire institute was that the preparedness program in the schools means teaching children how to appreciate and how to live, in our social system.
