For those who want the top of the line, how about a $1200 diamond set 14 carat pair of frames? Or if that is a little expensive, simulated stones and gold filled frames are equally new and very popular. Jewel inlayed frames are also in. The most popular and considered number one in the nation for 1985 is the super fine frame. Almost invisible and very versatile, this frame is available in eight fashion colors, burgandy being the number one color. The lenses are tinted to blend with the frame color. A style consultant can help determine which tint is best for you. Glasses are an accessory. They are an investment in the way you look. They cannot be hidden and are the first thing seen about your face. Styles have changed dramatically in the past five years. Eyewear has changed, too. Someone who wears glasses that are five or more years old really dates themselves. Those who are interested in their appearance should also realize that one pair of glasses will not do for every occasion. Sporty frames can spoil the effect of a formal gown, just as faceted frames seem out of place on the tennis court. Ms. Viera stressed that she is not advocating buying four pair of frames at once, but said for pennies a day, one can build up a wardrobe of frames for different looks. Ms. Vierra will be at the office of Dr. Jack A. Seitz for a consulting session on Oct. 25 and will take appointments that day. However, she noted the style consultants who are employed at Seitz can help anytime. Dinah Dancers square up The Dinah Dancers are planning a Stew Dance for Wednesday, Oct. 16. Thornburg, Tokowana and Vernal. These camps are named after a significant event in Utah history or for a particular local pioneer. Tokowana, for example, was named for an Indian chief who wished his tribe to live in peace and friendship. Camp Vernal was named for its location. Escalante Camp was named after the famous explorer and is established in Jensen. Fort Thornburg is a Maeser group named after an old army fort that was in the area at one time. May Ruple Camp is named after an early pioneer and is headed by Wanda R. The preppy and modified preppy frame is also popular with young men, as is the aviator look. Ms. Vierra, who will assist in the selection, size and color and shape of frames, suggests there is a fashion look for everyone, even people with problem corrections. It is important for those who wear glasses to apply eye makeup correctly. Too much or too little can change ones appearance. Those who wear lenses which magnify their eyes should remember eye makeup is also magnified and should be careful not to overdo it. Blush makes everyone look better and for those who wear glasses, the blush showing through the lense helps brighten the face. Blush, however, should be applied so that it blends and is not too bright. Tinted lenses are an important fashion look again this season. Young professionals not only like the reduced risk of delays due to tread punctures, they also like the tires warranty. Uniroyal, who makes this particular tire, guarantees free tire replacement for 24 months or 30 percent of tread depth, whichever comes first. This covers damage due to punctures or other road hazards and covers the whole tire, both tread and sidewall. Reports show that these upscale art baby boomers find state-of-th- e puncture sealing highly appealing g in a tire.
