Ford, vice president and manager of that office. Carroll attended Mesa Community and the Utah Technical colleges. He joined the Central Utah Regional Processing Center in Provo as a proof operator in 1977. Since completion of the management trainee program, he has served as operations officer at the Orem University Mall office and as consumer loan officer and assistant manager of the St. George office. Carroll had been active in the You and Your Bank program sponsored by Utah Bankers Association, teaching d courses at Pine View High School in St. George.
