The Plant shall be capable of handling handl-ing 5.0 MGD peak design flow and layout will be designed to accommodate accom-modate expansion to 7.5 MGD (peak design flow) capable of meeting the same effluent standards. The Treatment Plant will be so designed to include in-clude mixing, floccula-tion, floccula-tion, sedimentation, and filtration based on Utah State Public Drinking Water Regulations for design parameters of each phase of the treatment treat-ment plus sluge removal and filter backwash settling set-tling and reclaiming. Alternate treatment processes pro-cesses may be considered. Interested bidders must be pre-qualif ied by the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District in accordance with the Bid Documents a minimum of five (5) days prior to the date for receiving final proposals. Interested bidders shall contact the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District, 85 South 200 East, Vernal, Utah 84078, telephone No. (801) 789-9400, to obtain the necessary Bid Documents, Contracts and pre-qualification requirements.
