Show jj Naples j Jo Openshaw . t Phone 789-3157 Naples couple have grandson Brent and Susan Merrell of Rexburg, Idaho have a baby boy born Thursday, Oct. 22. Grandparents are Bishop and Mrs. Lorin Merrell and Garth and Rae Rasmussen. Great grandmother is Mabel Richardson. Mrs. Rasmussen went to Rexburg to help in the home for a few days. Cindy Atwood and Scott Nelson were married Friday evening. Bishop Lorin Merrell performed the ceremony. A reception was held the same evening in the Naples Cultural Hall. Edna Call took Edith Goodrich back to her home in Bountiful. Mrs. Goodrich had spent a week visiting at the Call home. Ray and Vergie Gee went to Provo Saturday to visit Charles and Leri Dawn Smith and son Adam. JoAnn Novinger and children Timothy and Jennifer of Fruita, Colo, visited the Glen Reynolds family during the weekend. Brenda Olsen entertained at a birthday bir-thday dinner in honor of her son David's ninth birthday Saturday evening. Family and grandparents were present. Naples 1st Ward Young Marrieds had an evening of entertainment and fun. The group enjoyed a hay ride and returned to the home of their leaders, Ron and Terri Richards, for refreshments. refresh-ments. Saturday Shirley and Afton Price went to Orangeville on business. Estella Pitt of Heber visited during the weekend with Niles and Frances Southam and family. Glenn and Ada Openshaw accompanied ac-companied Norman and Janna Haslem and family to Provo and Sandy during the weekend. They also toured the Jordan LDS Temple returning Sunday evening. Lorin Price was in Vernal Thursday and Friday on business. He stayed with his parents, the Shirley Prices. Monday of last week Shirley and Afton Price went to Salt Lake City where Shirley had a medical checkup. They also visited Shirlene Casady and Susan Price and children. They returned home by way of Provo where they visited the Lorin Prices and children. Keith and Linda Murray and sons Glen and Shane attended a birthday dinner at Lapoint Sunday in honor of the birthday of Macks Murray and his grandson Glen. |
