The Kearns squad received 84 points out of a possible 100 They seemed to be quite satisfied with their first showing even though they didnt place in the top five They do things so much differently, said one squad member as he talked about the competition. Many of the squads were really big, he said, as many as 0 people. Some of the basic differences were their techniques, facial expressions, and the use of themes in their routines. 18-2- Trip Seventeen people left Salt Lake International Airport on Friday evening, February 15.
