There are minor plot holes. The points that drew my attention from the flaws were the acting, filmmaking, and the emotion conveyed throughout. The chemistry between Adrien Brody and Keira Knightley is great and really propels the story forward. Kris Kristofferson is great as the mad-doctor. The visuals in The Jacket were superb. If you're not claustrophobic, you will be when you see Jack go crazy as he's tied up in the jacket and stuffed into a drawer. Helping to set the tone of the film was the score written by Brian Eno, one of U2's producers. Other big names attached to the film to show how much faith was put into this project were George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh (director, "Ocean's 11"), who helped produce. Overall, I really liked "The Jacket." If a film can leave you thinking about it for days, then the filmmakers have done something worthy of your attention. If you want to cross the line and see something different, then don't miss this rare opportunity, for we know it's not often that Provo gets an independent film in its theaters.
