The Manager of Debating shall be governed by the instructions of the Debating Council At the end of the school year he shall file with the University Librarian a comp complete compete ete bibliography of each intercollegiate debate Clause 9 The Manager of Dramatics shall be subject to the instruction of the Dramatic Club Clause 10 The Manager of the University Musical Organizations shall receive his instructions instructions instructions from the musical organization Clause 11 Each student manager shall pay over to the Treasurer of the A A. A S. S U. U U U. U shall be active members of that organ organ- Section 3 Intercollegiate Activities Clause 1 The block U shall be awarded by bythe bythe bythe the A. A S. S U. U U. U only in those branches of college activities in which the University contests through h ha a representative team against representative team j of other colleges or universities of equal rank Clause 2 It shall be the duty of the councils of the respective college activities to determine what colleges and universities and shall be considered of equal rank Clause 3 It shall be the duty of the athletic and debate councils to determine the of awards of the block U in their respective departments departments de de- and to select those representatives vho who under that basis of awards are entitled to the block U Clause Claus 4 The A. U shall award the block U only to such men as the selected and recommended by the Athletic and Debate counci's for that honor I Section 4 Clause 1 The block U awarded to athletes shall shaH be of the same design as the official block U as' as described in Clause 2 Section 1 of this Article Clause 2 The size of letter awarded to each ea h athletic activity shall be determined by the Athletic Athletic Athletic Ath Ath- letic Council Clause 3 The block U awarded to the debaters debaters de de- baters shall shaH be a small block U of the same design design de de- e- e sign as the official U described in Clause 2 Section Section Sec Sec- tion 1 of this Article It shall shaH be worn as a fob i Clause ClauS 4 4 The use of the Block U as a fob shall shall be restricted exclusively to debaters Section 5 1 Intra-collegiate Intra Activities Clause 1 Every person playing a role in a production given by the University Dramatic club shall be awarded by the A.
