Mr. und Mrs. Lester Olsen, Salt Lake City, were vistors at the Alva Snow residence over the weekend. They came to the graduation of the twins, Marilyn and Marlon Snow. Mr. and Mrs. Manfred Nielsen and daughter, Salt Lake City, were visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Byron Bowden and Mr. and Mrs. Glade Davis. Mr. and Mrs. Jewel D. Kolb and children. Mr. and Mrs. Ron Page and Mra Pearl Swain of SLC, former residents of Roosevelt, were visiting friends and relatives in the area over the Memorial Day weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Orlie Rachcle visited in Helper and Price over the weekend, visiting his folks in Helper and Mrs. Radicle's sisters in Price. Marilynn Swain JV8TWEDS HONORED . . . Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Jensen greet guests before an archway festooned with gay flowers and ferns. She is the former Ilascl Hunt. The young couple is making a home in Salt Lake City. Hazel Hunt andpennis Jensen pledge vows in Manti Temple Dennis Jensen claimed Miss Hazel Hunt in rites performed in the Logan LDS Temple May 13. Elder Darley officiated. The bride is a daughter of Mra Remo Hamblin, Roosevelt, and George Hunt, Parker, Aria Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mra Ed Jensen, Randlett The couple was honored at a reception held in the Roosevelt 2nd Ward cultural hall May 20. For her wedding and reception the bride was radiant in a white satin floor-lengtgown. It featured long sleeves and a round neckline. Tiny buttons dosed the sleeve and the dress back. Appliques of lace on the skirt and bodice were with seed pearls. Tiny tucks added fullness to the skirt and a small bow was at the waist front. She wore a veil of nylon illusion. It was el bow length and was caught to a crown of seed pearls. She carried a bridal bouquet of a white orchid with apripot and white carnations and pale h streamers. Mrs. Clcll Woodward, a sis- ter of the bride, was the matron of honor. She wore a pale blue lace gown and a corsage of white glads and carnations. Her bridesmaids were Char-lo- tt Tomlinson, Penny Nelson, Janet Gardner and Calleen Haslem was the flowergirl. They wore apricot brocaded taffeta gowns and wore white and apricot carnation corsages. The flower girl carried a basket of carnations and tiny apricot rosebuds and daisies. The mother of the bride wore a bone colored suit and the mother of the groom wore beige suit Both wore corsages of apricot glads and white car- nations. Also in the receiving line were George Hunt, father of the bride and Mra Hunt Mra Hunt's gown was blue lace and her corsage was Apricot glads bride; Cl ell Woodard, brother-in-laof the bride. The serving tables were centered with snifters with a swan in each. In charge of serving were Mrs. Harry Tomlinson, Mra James Hamblin, Mra Ivan Rogers and Mrs. Floyd Peterson. Girls who served were the misses Ellen Larsen, Louise Larsen, Lena Lee Roberta Lap Donne Dennis and Linda w the bride wore a beige suit with white accessories. They took a honymoon trip to Logan and Salt Lake City. They are making a home in Salt Lake CSty. The bride graduated from Union high school in 65 as an honor student She participated in FHA, Press Club, Model UN, chorus, was a graduate and post graduate of the LDS sem- inary and attended two quarters at Utah State University. The groom graduated from Union high school in '65, where he participated in FHA, Model UN, chorus, member of the student council, track team and seminary graduate.
