Emil Munz Reelected Chairman Of Executive Committee Three persons miraculously escaped injury Saturday when a truck and sedan sideswiped on the Indian canyon highway about 4 miles west of Duchesne. The Sedan, belonging to Silas Ross of Castlegate, was badly damaged and W'as tewed to Castlegate by a Price towing car. The truck, belonging to K. L. Murphy of Upaleo and driven by Hugo Mitchell, also of Upaleo, was pushed into Duchesne for repairs. Neither of the drivel's nor Mrs. Ross, who was a passenger in the sedan suffered any injury. The left front wheel and fender of the Ross machine hooked the right rear dual wheels of the truck and the car was dragged some distance. Committee Select Officer At a meeting of the execuUve committee following the general meeting, Emil Munz was reelected chairman and Joseph Wilken secretary. On the executive committee Mr. Wilcken replaces Frank Defa of Hanna and Mr. Knox replaces Arzy H. Mitchell of Duchesne. The meeting was called to order at ? p, m. with executive committee chairman Emil Munz in the chair. Mr. Munz stated the chief purpose of the meeting was the election of officers and the care of any other regular business, and in the absence of Secretary Mitchell read the minutes of the last gen- eral meeting. Motion Call For Committee The appointments were made in compliance with a motion adopted at the meeting of the planning board in Duchesne Thursday, January 31st.
