Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Zions Savings Bank & Trust '.company, held on the 6th day of May,' A. D. 1903, and also at a meeting' of the stockholders thereof, held on the 1st day of June ,A. D. 1903, Article 'No. 16 of the of Zions Savings Bank & Trust company, was amended to read as follows: SECTION 16. As the deposits must be loaned out in order that interest may be earned upon them, the company will only undertake to repay depositors when there is money on hand which the Board of Directors may not deem it By-la- necessary to reserve for other payments. As long as this is the case, the cashier will repay depositors aftr the expiration of the following notice: For sums of $100.00 and less, thirty days. . For sums over $100.00 and not ex-ceedi- rig $2,500.00, sixty days. For sums over $2,500.00, six months. As , a matter of indulgence, however, the. cashier of the company may allow deposits to be withdrawn without require ing such notice. In case the depositor who shall have applied for a deposit shall not come forward to receive his money within ten days after the term pf notice shall have expired, the application shall be considered as withdrawn. When the money on hand , together with the estimated current income of the company shall be deemed by the board of directors insufficient to pay all the deposits applied for, they shall make no new loans; and if the demand shall, In their judgment, become excessive or general .they shall have power to set aside all applications previously made, which may not have been satisfied, and to order an apportionment of all the funds, as they may be got in ,and at such short Intervals as they may judge proper, among all the depositors in proportion to the amount of their deposits, and shall hold the sums apportioned to each depositor until called for by him. But the directors shall in all circumstances have power to provide for the expenses of the company, and for any other lawful payments which) they may deem necessary, including dividends already declared, and inaw previously contracted for, before making an apportionment.
