Show I REGISTRATION REGULATIONS. Those persons who must register before be-fore they will be permitted to vote at the coming election should not torget Oct. 31st Is the only remaining day. The rules for registration are that all new residents, who are entitled under the law .to vote, shall register before they can vote. All persons who registered for the special bond election, elec-tion, but who wero not registered previous pre-vious to that registration, will have to register again. All persons who were not registered regis-tered last fall for tho presidential election will have to register this fall to bo allowed to vote. Persons who registered last fall, but havo since moved to another district, dis-trict, may on any day before election day securo a transfer certlil-cato certlil-cato and have their names entered on tho registration list whoro they now reside. 1 Every citizen of tho United States 1 (and If of foreign birth, he must havo been naturalized ninety days before tho election) who lias lived In the stato for a period of ono year, four months In tho county and sixty days in tho city, is entitled to register and vote.
