It then gravely stated that tho names of the men buncoed bun-coed wore "being kept secret" by tho authorities. All of which makes ono laugh. The names were given by Truth at the time of tho first publication. publica-tion. Senator Smoot, Chief Bywater, Chief Lynch, Walker Bros.' store, Doles & Dickinson wore touched by Peltier and in addition several peoplo in Kaysvlllo suffered from his actions. Several of these have been summoned sum-moned to appear before the Federal grand jury in Ogden next Monday to testify. It looks as If tho morning dallies thought this was not a news Item, taking the same view they did of tho explosion in tho Granger meeting meet-ing house. Although tho telophonb announced the news of the disaster in ample time for the morning papers to havo used it, neither had anything until un-til tho following morning, after tho evening dallies had covered tho story.
