Hoffman, Minors, for confirmation of sale of the following described real estate to-wit: An undivided one-third interest of, in and to that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the city and county coun-ty of Salt Lake, State of Utah, particularly par-ticularly described as commencing a point on the eastern boundary line of block 12, plat "E," Salt Lake City Survey, situated 19V6 rods and 7 feet south of the northeast corner of said block (as measured upon its eastern boundary line), thence running upon its eastern boundary line in a northerly north-erly direction 2 rods and 7 feet, thence running 8 rods across lot 8 in a nearly westerly direction on a line which, if continued sufficiently, would intercept inter-cept a point on the western boundary of said lot 8 situate 19 rods south of the northwest corner of lot 6, block 12, plat "E" aforesaid; thence running in a southerly direction on a line parallel to the western boundary line of said lot 8, 40 feet; thence running run-ning in a nearly an easterly direction across said lot 8 and such fraction of lot 1 as may be intercepted thereby, eight rods to the point of beginning.
