A good program was given, after which carnival booths, a fish pond, all sorts of food, and games were enjoyed by a good crowd of the ward members. Mrs. Esther Jensen, Mary Adams and daughter Georgia were ' in Ogden Tuesday. Belter lay in that Supply of BLUE BLAZE Mr. and Mrs. Austin Udy were in Salt Lake City Monday and Thursday Austin Udy and son John were in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Tubbs of Malad visited Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tubbs Wednesday. Work Day Work day for the ward Relief Society was held Tuesday. Work was under the direction of Inez Johnson Work for the fall bazaar was completed. , Mrs. Lauana Richins, Mrs. Lillian Tingey and Mrs. Peg Coombs were in Ogden Thursday. The ladies of the Birthday Club met at the home of Louise Harper in East Garland Wednesday to honor her on her birthday. Mrs. Esther Jensen went to Salt Lake City Thursday to visit her daughter, Mrs. Theola Ogden and family. She will return home the first part of tho week. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Welling and sons of Evanston, Wyo., spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Karl Welling. College Queen Vesta Davis was in Logan Saturday to see the parade of the U.S.A.C. Home coming. Pauline Davis was the queen of the Welding Department of the col- WESTERN BR CLUB HONORS WINS 4-- H A Garland Club won honors at an acheivement award program held recently in Tremonton. Awards were given to the following members of the Western BR Club, Garland, for finishing 4-- H their first year Jay Anderson, projects: 4-- H Jerry Brock-man- LaRay Deem, Lynn Fors-berMax Forsberg, Jack Limb, Dona Jean Munns, Lynn Munns, Sandra Nalder, DeVon Sessions, Jay Hunsaker and Lawrence Hunsaker. Robert Jensen was given an award for finishing his 2nd year in The First Security Foundation gave special $5 savings account awards for record keeping to LaRay Deem, 1st year, and Robert Jensen, 2nd year. The club received a gold seal of on their charter for 100 their members finishing their projects.
