S. meetinghouse in Bear River City, under the direction of Mrs. Axel Fredercksen, WCTU State Speech Contest Director. Bishop Vernon Johnson made the medal presentation, and Carlos L. Jensen of the Eear River City ward, in a brief talk, impressed on the contestants the value of their speech contest experience. Judy Beeton of Tremonton, accompanied on the piano by her mother, sang "Oh, My Father". Miss Rucker is now eligible to compete for the Pearl Medal, for which award a contest is now under arrangement. j g Something new in staged by the Plymouth Girls Softball tezm last Friday night.
