Mrs. Mildred Smith returned home Sunday evening after spending the past ten days at Great Falls, Mont, visiting with her brother, Paul Jensen and family. While there, Mrs. Smith accompanied her brother and his wife to Glacier National Park and visited points of interest in Canada. Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Gam, Mrs. Parley Petersen and son, Jackie, returned home Sunday evening after spending a week in the Northwest. They attended High School graduation exercises at Moses Lake, Wash., where their grandson, Neal Burnett was one of the graduates. They also visited with Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Burnett and family in Moses Lake and at Belle-vu- e with Mr. and Mrs. F. Leo Nye and family and with Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Sutton in Burns, Ore. Bear River High School F.F.A. members gained their share of prizes and money at the 29th Intermountain Jr. Fat at Stock Show held June North Salt Lake Union Stock Yards. Twenty-fou- r youth showed and sold fat beef, lambs, and hogs along with winning prizes for feeding fitting, showmanship, and feed efficiency. Grand Champion rosettes and master stockman pins were awarded to Richard Jensen, one 2-- 3 Shrine Circus June The Happy Home Makers The Happy Home Makers of Bear River City were on a swimming party at Crystal Springs. Those attending were Denise Jane and Wendy Holmgren, Jolene and Rosa Lee Jensen, Maryilin Munns and Christy Nelson. High prices were paid for all animals exhibited at the show with rosette lambs selling for 60c, rosette cattle selling for 50 cents and rosette hogs selling for 45 cents per pound.
