President Robert PLYMOUTH Mrs. LaVon Nish Mrs. Gardner Udy Is Hospitalized Mr. Gardner Udy has been receiving medical care at the Valley Hospital. It was found necessary for him to be transferred to the Dee Hospital in Ogden Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Mathews and sons of Arco, Ida,, were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Hess. Joan Nish, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Nish, returned home after spending the summer months at Lake Tahoe, Calif., where she has been employed. Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Nish and daughter enjoyed the Fair and Ice Follies at Salt Lake City Emily Josephson, Kara Lee and Carrie June Nish participated in the "Seminar for Sallies" at the Box Elder High School Tuesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Jess Lamb visited Mr .and Mrs. George Archibald at Idaho Falls, Ida., over the weekend. Mr. Archibald has been back in the hospital for treatment on his head. Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Hess and family of Provo spent the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jess Hess. Betty and Deanna Nish spent the weekend home. They are attending Henagers Business College in Salt Lake City. Oleen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Vanderhoof was in an accident Sunday and is in the Malad, Idaho hospital suffering from head injuries. Those from Portage attending were Bishop and Mrs. Walter E. Gibbs, Counselor and Mrs. Royal Halford, Mr. and Mrs. N. J. Johi, Sherman Gibbs and Mrs Virgil Harris. Mr. and Mrs. Don Bowen and four children and Mrs. Rose Eversole, Ogden, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell C. Hall. Mrs. Louise Allen left Saturday evening for Los Angeles where she will spend the winter with Mr. and Mrs. Gus Benson and family and with Mr. and Mrs. Jay Allen and family. Mary Price and daughters and Zona Hansey and daughters, Ogden, spent several days this week with Mrs. Allen. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Rose and son Steven of Salt Lake City visited here Saturday with relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. D. Harris returned home Saturday from Nampa, Ida., where they have spent two weeks visiting. They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Orville J. Harris and Mrs. Bill Harris and daughter Chris-tenThey attended the funeral services for Mrs. R. C. Harris and returned to their homes in Nampa Monday Mrs. Virginia Jones and four children, Sandy, Utah, spent the weekend with Mrs. Jones' mother, Mrs. Grace John. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Rose visited from Wednesday until Monday in Nampa, Ida.,, with Mrs. Rose's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Feicht and with her sisters. Mrs. Feicht underwent major surgery in a Boise hospital last week DeRoy Hawks, Glen Morris and Josh Hawks went to Brig-haCity Saturday ajd worked on the new home which is being constructed for Mr, and Mrs. Kent Lee. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Parkinson and family, Roy, visited Saturday with Leon's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oran Parkinson. The Leon Parkinsons have a new baby boy, their fifth child. Mrs. Afton Pierson of Plymouth visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo E. Hos- kins Sunday. The following girls received their Individual Achievement Awards at Sacrament meeting last week; Sunday evening Sandra, Sheila and Karen Morris, Donna Gaye, Sherry and Kathleen Harris, Janice Rose, Kathy Clark, Marva Jean Parkinson and Brenda Hall. Irene Hall who is now making her home here with Bishop and Mrs. Walter E. Gibbs, received her award in a Logan Ward where she has been living for the past 10 months with Mr. and Mrs. Evan Stevenson. The awards were presented by Counselor Reed Nielsen. Miss Nadine Hall arrived here Saturday night from Los Angeles, where she has been employed this summer. She has been living at the home of her broMr. and ther and sister-in-laMrs. Roland Hall. She is visiting with relatives and friends before going to Provo where she will be enrolled as a senior at the BYU. Miss Donna Gaye Harris, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. DeVere Harris, has accepted a position in the Walker Bank in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Ladetha Hoskins returned to her home Saturday aftr spending the past two weeks in Layton visiting with her sons, Murrav and Darwin Hoskins ami their families.
