His next assignment will be at Honolulu Hawaii and his family will be able to accompany him. Visits Relatives Delos Adams returned Saturday from a very pleasant ten day trip. He went to Pleasant Grove for Strawberry Day and visited with his brother and sister, Burton Adams and Mrs. Vilate West and families. While there he accompanied a relative to Fillmore and visited at the old State House which is now a museum. He also visited his sister, Mrs. Melissa Despain at Springville and other relatives in Salt Lake City and returned home Saturday. The Birthday Club met at the home of Letitia Sorensen Friday. The afternoon was spent playing Bingo with prizes. The At church Sunday night seven boys of our ward received the new award "Duty to God," from the ward bishopric. Mr. and Mrs. Doug Richins and boys of Grouse Creek spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Streator Tingey, parents of Mrs. Richins. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Ward and family were in Blue Creek to dinner Wednesday at the home of Mrs. Ward's sister, Mr. and Mrs. Ora Hyer. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Ward attended the funeral ofv Claud Quinney in Logan Thursday. Holman and Mrs. Annie Nielson who came from Idaho Falls Saturday for a visit, attended the Isakson family reunion at Lorin Farr Park Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Rhodes and family were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Edvalson in Ogden. They also visited Miss Geraldine Clark, a friend of Mrs. Rhodes, who recently returned from a mission. Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Sorensen of Mar Vista, Calif., visited their sister, Mrs. Eph Peterson and family Thursday and Friday forenoons. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Fryer and family of Bountiful visited Sunday afternoon at the J. W. Rhodes home. Susan and Ila Mae Shaffer returned home with them for their vacation. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Hansen had as guests Friday, Mr. and Mrs. John Payne of Heyburn, Ida., and Mrs. Orin Whitaker of Rupert. The Hansens and daughter Laralee were in Salt Lake City Monday.
