Adjourn (Published in the Tooele Bulletin and Transcript June 26 and 28, 1984) NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals will be received by Tooele City Corporation at Tooele 6 City Hall, 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah, until 10:00 oclock A.M. on the 10th day of July, 1984, for the construction maintenance program consisting of ninety three thousand (93,000) square yards of asphalt slurry seal applied on various streets within Tooele City. The project is to be completed on or before the 20th day of August, 1984. Proposal forms, plans and specifications are on file in the City Engineers Office, Tooele City Hall, 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah, where they may be reviewed and obtained by prospective bidders upon a payment of a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00), no part of which will be refunded. Each bidder must submit a bid bond from an approved surety company on forms provided by the local agency: or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check or cashier's check for not less than five percent of the total amount of the bid, made payable to Tooele City Corporation, as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract bonds as required.
