Show jppLicEgi . MQ , J One male was arrested and charged with several traffic violations as well as theft and referred to American Fork District Court. The owner of the property was located and contacted and his property returned. re-turned. A female suspect stole a pair of sunglasses from a gas station. She was later located and cited. The glasses were recovered and returned to the store. A truck was stolen from business by what appears to be a male and female. On November 2 officers were dispatched to a vehicle burglary incident. Officers found a vehicle burglary incident inci-dent involving criminal mischief mis-chief had occurred. Officers collected some information, photographed some damages and evidence. The officers advised a detective. On November 3 an officer conducted a DRE evaluation on a female arrested for DUI Drugs. At the conclusion of the evaluation this officer concluded the female driver was under the direct influence of a CNS Depressant and was not safe to operate a vehicle. One male was arrested for arranging the distribution of a Controlled Substance, Rx Mislabeling and Possession of a Schedule for Drugs in a Drug-Free Zone. On October 29 a retail theft detail resulted in one adult female fe-male being arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespassing. On October 30 police responded respond-ed on a report of a possible DUI north bound on State. Police were unable to locate the vehicle. vehi-cle. Officers had Pleasant Grove Police Department advised of the vehicle they stopped. It was found not to be a DUI. No further fur-ther action was taken. An officer responded to Walmart on a female in custody for shoplifting. One female was cited and released for Retail Theft. On October 31 a driver was arrested for DUI after running off the road and damaging her car. The driver was later released re-leased from the police station on citation. The vehicle was towed by JDK. A DRE evaluation was conducted and blood and urine were collected as evidence. On November 2 an officer made contact with the reporting report-ing party regarding a delayed attempted burglary of his business. busi-ness. Nothing was taken from the business. There is no suspect information. On Monday, November 1 , an officer was dispatched to a delayed de-layed criminal mischief incident. The officer found a criminal mischief mis-chief involving a paint ball being shot against the front window of a residence occurred. The officer of-ficer found no property damage beyond the mess and there was no suspect information or evidence evi-dence at all to be collected. While investigating a theft report, an officer made contact with the female suspect. The female gave false personal information in-formation and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. parapher-nalia. The female was later released re-leased on citation. An officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. reg-istration. The officer met with the driver and passenger who were extremely nervous in regards re-gards to the stop. The driver was found to have a small misdemeanor warrant was well as a suspended license. An investigation was conducting conduct-ing surrounding property located in the vehicle which was later found to have been stolen from a local residence just minutes prior to the traffic stop. |
