Winters and Norman Marsing. son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Marsing were married Friday. April 15 in the Manti LDS Temple. The bride has been attending Snow-College Snow-College in Ephraim, Utah. The Winters and Marsings moved to Green River. Wyoming from Moab. Utah where both the bride and groom graduated. The couple were honored at an open house Friday night in Moab, given by Helen Tranter. Tran-ter. Nola Walker, and Ann Arehart and their families. A reception was held in their honor Saturday, April 16 at the LDS Church in Green River, Wyoming. Attending the bride as matron of honor was her sister, Dawnette Howell from Portsmouth, Virginia. Bridesmaids Brides-maids were Alana Harmon, Green River. Linda Hana-garne, Hana-garne, Farmington, New Mexico; Mex-ico; Leza Kalbacka, Rexburg. Idaho;, and Joni Sandburg. Ephraim. Utah. Flowergirl was Stephanie Howell, niece of the bride. Best Man was brother of the groom. Mark Marsing. At the guest book was Marilyn Marsing. At the gift table was Tammy Kavanaugh, Marilyn Batchelor, and Joni Clements, assisted by Tammy and Judy Tranter. In the kitchen were Darlcne Boyer and Marilyn Holloway. Servers Serv-ers were Deanne Tranter, Kimmie and Cassie Kavanaugh. Kava-naugh. Julainc Holloway, Dc- nise Dalton, and Robyn Hazlewood. The beautiful cake with the Manti Temple at the top was designed, baked and decorated decorat-ed by Betty Mortenson, with Elvira Luczak decorating the flat cakes. Master of Ceremonies Ceremon-ies for the program was Dee Tranter, with musical numbers rendered by Kim Harmon. Helen Tranter, a song by little Tyler Sinquefield, Robin, Sab-ra Sab-ra and Leah Coberlv. a duet by Joy and Don English, a trio by Dick Marsing. Bunny Denny and Cheryl Pectol and a trio by Gloria Grigg. Nancy Peterson and Ruth Farnsworth. Accompanist Ac-companist was Doreen Young. The 4th Ward Relief Society also sang a number, under the direction of Doreen Young w ith Linda Neely as accompanist. accompan-ist. A reading was given by Marilyn Batchelor and a dance by little Marli and Laurel Batchelor. Background music was taped and arranged by Tom Batchelor. Many out-of-tow n friencs and relatives attended at Moab and Green River. Grandparents attending were Mr. and Mrs. Alma Scovill of Green River, Utah and Lavern Chidester of Wellington, Utah. Showers for the bride were given at Snow College by friends and roommates and in Green River, Wyo. by Ellen Sinquefield i Marilvn Batchelor. Batche-lor.
