| Show Thomas C Mix Dies at Salt Lake Thomas C Mix 63 a veteran of the Spanish Am American war and a resident of Moab for the past 10 years died at the Veterans hospital at Salt Lake City Tuesday after afternoon afternoon noon following a several months illness A heart alIment ailment was the cause of death Mr ML Mix was as taken ken the to tr the Salt L Ake ke hospital tal Monday morning for care but his was such that he dId not respond to treatment It lS is probable tha that t the body v will b returned to Moab for burial but definite decision as to this is await awaiting awaiting ing advises from relatives m in Cal Calif if hernia ornia Mr Mix IS survived by his widow and a son W R Mix who reside at Los Angeles He was an interior decorator and followed ed this trade all his life until about two t years ago he was forced to retire on account of fall fail falling ing health Mr Mix was a native of Louisiana and his early life was spent along the Mississippi river He made merry y firm friends dur- dur during during ing his residence in Moab and his death is a keen blow to them |
