If you have any cheese soup left over, refrigerate to reheat over very low heat for a quickie lunch or snack. With every Soup. savory spoonful. Pad and the children CHEESE SOUP D4 cup (12 stick) butter 1 cup chopped onion cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped carrots 12 cup flour 1 12 tablespoons chicken sea- devour important nutrients that will help fortify them for an afternoon of watching football. A symphony of vegetables celery and carrots first sauteed re 1 in soned stock base butter 12 teaspoons salt 14 teaspoon paprika 1 which enhances and harmonizes their flavors. Seasonings and chicken stock base give zest to the buttery sauce. With the addirion of nutritious milk, the soup aquires a creamy texture and rich flavor. W'atch your family gobble the good sharp taste of natural Cheddar cheese. When jou stir in the cheese, remember to remove the white sauce from the heat. You may have to return the soup to the heat to finish melting the cheese, but be careful not to let it boil. Stir in flour, stock base, salt and paprika. Remove from heat; gradually stir in water and heat stirring occasionally . Boil 1 minute. dd milk and heat to simmering point Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. If necessary return to low heat to finish melting cheese (Do not boil). Serve with parsley.
