The farewell testimonial for Francis Atkinson was held Sunday evening President and Mrs. Henry A. Matis and Bishop were speakers besides Miss Atkinson. A musical number was given by Bishop George C. Reimschussel who played a violin solo and Ileen Reimschussel, Joyce Sparrow and Lulu Bambrough, sang a song. A ward breakfast was held Saturday morning at the new church. The purpose being to raise funds for the girls to go to camp. Simmons was sustained and set apart as secretary of the Second Quorum of deacons. At fast meeting Sunday evening Evon Thompson was released as general secretary of the YWMIA and Sharon Farris was sustained to fill this' position.
