There was 64 persons present. The members of the bishopric were also present. The Lark class leader, Rosella Paice, Bluebird leaders June Thurgood and Bernlece Thurgood, and the Seagull leader, Melva Page were assisted in preparations for the party by Ruth Bennett, Blanche Bingham, Jennie Stoddard and Darlene King of the Primary presidency. A program was presented a box lunch by each girl for herself and her daddy. Many lovely boxes were prepared. The prize for the box with the most work on it was awarded to Carol Millgate. Invocation was by Margie Montgomery and her father Reese Montgomery sang a duet accompanied by music by Reese on his uke, Lawrence and Marilyn Thurgood also sang a duet with Lawrence playing the accompaniment on his guitar. Chet Montgomery and daughter Annice amused the group with their magic tricks. A grand march of girls with their daddy's was followed by dancing.
