Haycock and Jennie Kosmas on 300 East and Main Street. Trejo reportedly pulled in front of Haycock and threw him off his motorcycle on to the vehicle driven by Ms. Kosmas. Trejo was cited for failure to yield with an accident. Haycock was transported to Castleview Hospital and treated for possible fractures to his hands and legs. A female juvenile reportedly took various drugs and was suffering from stomach pains. Needed assistance from Sheriffs Department in controlling her. 1:39 a.m. April 14. Report of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Female juvenile reportedly spent 9 44 hours drinking and consuming various drugs at a Helper club. Victim was taken to Castleview Hospital and later released. She was referred to juvenile court for illegal consumption of alcohol. April 14. On Feb. 6, 1982, a vehicle was stolen from Edward Cooper, Wellington. The vehicle was later recovered and returned to the owner. Suspect Larry D. Black, 19, LaGrande, Ore., was extradicted from Oregon by Sheriff Ross Horsely and Deputy Kevin Drolc. Black is currently being held on $3,000 bond. 9:30 a.m. Friday. Court ordered vehicle repossession. Greg Corky Jaimez, CB Motel, Price, was owner of the 1975 Firebird. Reports said vehicle was not driveable. Kurt Lavon Davis, serving sentence in the Carbon County Jail, will be charged with possession of a controlled substance. An unidentified subject reportedly supplied Davis with a controlled substance while on work release. Monday. James Joseph Hastings, also known as William Green, Jr., wanted in Richmond, Calif., for murder and aggravated assault was found in a residence east of Price. He is being held in the Carbon County Jail pending extradition to California. Five deputies and an East Carbon officer assisted in the arrest. East Carbon City Police Department 3:30 p.m. April 14.
