That Chapter IX of the Revised Ordinances of Price, Utah, 1924, and all acts amendatory thereof be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows, SECTION 78. COLLARS AND NUMBERS. All dogs so registered shall wear a suitable collar with a metallic plate or check attached thereto, having a number corresponding with the certificate of registry inscribed thereon, and all dogs not registered and collared as aforesaid shall be liable to be killed the same as unregistered dogs. The marshal is hereby authorized to kill, or cause to be killed, all dogs not registered according to the provisions of this chapter. Any owner or possessor of a dog permitting the same to enter or be in any place of worship during public service shall be liable to a fine in any sum not exceeding Five Dollars for each offense. SECTION 81. DANGEROUS DOG AT LARGE. If any owner or possessor of a fierce, dangerous or mischievious dog permits the same to go at large he shall be liable to be fined in any sum not Fifty Dollars, and the City Marshall shall immediately cause said dog to be killed.
