The license fee shall be one hundred dollars per year, payable fifty dollars per half year. This ordinance shall not or corapply to any person, firm poration who has a duly established place of business in Carbon county, state of Utah, either within or without any incorporated city in Carbon county, and who has paid a license for the privilege of conducting the said business to any city, town, or the county for the conducting of said business. Sec. 12. It shall be unlawful for any peddler or hawker licensed or registered under the provisions of this ordinance to ring any bell or gong, blow a whistle or make any other loud or unsual noise to attract customers or in a loud voice to cry his wares for sale. Sec. 13. Only one person may peddle with each wagon or vehicle, but said peddler may be accompanied by one driver or attendant who shall not peddle. Sec. 14. It shall be unlawful to nospeddle or hawk any medicine, trum or remedy of any character or description, and no license shall be issued for such purpose. Sec. 15. Nothing in this ordinance contained shall be construed to permit the peddling or hawking of fresh or cured meats, and the peddling or hawking of the same is hereby for-bidd- Sec. 16.
