As the lad is a decent fellow and very modest, his identity must remain shrouded in mystery. John O. Buell, a St. Joseph, Mo., printer, was in town Tuesday visiting Don C. and Oliver Huntington, who are his cousins. In the early days at the time of "the move" his father, Oliver Buell, lived here for a time, and was located under the old Cottonwood near the Dinwoodev school. The family returned east, where the elder Buell died about twenty years ago. Mr. Buell met many people who remembered the family in the early times. A brother is now at lleber in the mercantile business. About a week ago a little boy went into a Spanish Fork meat market and said to the butcher: "Say, my father says he's got a pig that he wants to sell and he wants to kuow if you will buy it." "Yes, my boy," said the butcher, "tell him to send it as soon as he likes." A week passed away and the pig was not sent, so last night when the boy came iuto the market to gi t some meat, the butcher reminded the boy of his order. In explanation we desire to state that the Payson band is a county organ izat ion aud claims the honor of being the champion band of the county. The only condition attached to the contest is that the bund bo composed of musicians from the town from which the band is advertised adver-tised and not selected from all parts of the county.
