The Welsh listen patiently to their politicians speeches and, then, demand that they sing. Even Lloyd George has accommodated his audiences with song. Positively, Americans will throw things, before they will submit to song by Coolidge, Davyes, Borah, Hiram Johnson, John-son, Nick Longworth, Willis of Ohio and others, in the approaching ap-proaching campaign of 1928. Any American politician who caps the climax of his spellbinding with his personal solo ' I will find himself a mere speck in the minority vote, when the election returns are reported. |
