Show VISITORS Here and There Mrs. Donloe Kennedy and daughter, Colleen, of Salt Lake City, spent few days of the week with Mrs. G. D. Kennedy and other relatives and friends here. Mrs. A. C. Bird returned the past week from Salt Lake City, where she had spent the past several sev-eral weeks with her daughters and families. Mr. and Mrs." W. S. Packard of Twin Falls, Idaho, are visiting with Mrs. Beulah Whiting and other relatives and friends here. Mrs. Melvin Dalby and children of Oakland, California, arrived in Springville the past week to visit indefinitely with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Sumsion, and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Crandall were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Osborne in Salt Lake City Saturday. Mrs. Lorraine Bunnell of Provo visited Wednesday with Mrs. Tranquilla Clark. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Booth and their children, were week-end visitors vis-itors of Mr. and Mrs. John ' Robertson. Ro-bertson. Mrs. W. B. Crandall and Lucille Crandall went to Salt Lake City Tuesday to attend the play "Pygmalion." "Pyg-malion." Miss Donna Casaday visited with Miss Hope .Williams and other friends at Price over the week-end. Returning with her was Miss Joyce Fiack, who plans to visit here this week. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Weight and Woodrow Weight were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Stevens In Salt Lake City. W. R. Eddington, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Fry, and Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Fry, went to Morgan Tuesday to attend funeral services for W. TV. Francis and Carl Francis, father and son, who were victims of accidents ac-cidents last week. Rex Dennis of Inglewood, California, Cali-fornia, has been visiting friends and relatives here during the past week. Miss Phyllis Perry, who has been engaged in nursing work at Hurricane, has been visiting at Mapleton with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Perry, and with other friends and relatives here. She left this week following her visit for Portland, Oregon, where she will attend a special nursing school. |
