He is stationed at Fort Lewis, Wash., with the Guard and Mrs. Pennington, the former Miss Maryan Hay-mond, Hay-mond, has been transferred from her work in Provo, to Tacoma, Wash. She is a ! daughter of Mayor and Mrs. Paul Haymond of this city. The young couple recited wedding vows in late December Decem-ber rites at the Manti LDS Temple, witnessed by family members and close friends of the couple. Following the marriage, members of the wedding party, numbering about twenty-four people, were entertained at a wedding dinner by parents of the groom, Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Pennington at Nephi. Mr. and Mrs. David Pennington (Maryan Haymond) pose for their picture after their wedding reception at the home of the bride's parents. They are now at home in Washington. The following evening, parents par-ents of the bride were hosts at a reception at their home. The couple greeted guests before an archway of white angel hair entwined with tiny twinkle-lights. For the all-important date, the bride chose a magenta-colored magenta-colored wool dress pinning a white orchid to her . shoulder. Standing with the bride and groom were their parents, Mrs. Haymond wearing a blue flowered wool and Mrs. Pennington Pen-nington blue chiffon. The bride's brother, Bradley Haymond, assisted with the gifts. Serving were, Karen Haymond, Hay-mond, Lona Lee Child, Susan Wiscombe, Marlene Warren, Karen Measom, Linda Gill, Linda Hutchings, Neva Hut-chings Hut-chings and Susan Moss of Bountiful.
