Show )hert Weight Takes ride In Hervada tes In a Valentine day ceremony at the L. D. S. church in Boulder City, Nev., Miss June Cantrell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Percy Myers of Bullhead City, Ariz., was married to Robert H. Weight, son of Mr.j and Mrs. Willis Weight of Springville, Spring-ville, said a clipping from a paper published at the Davis Dam site in Arizona. The article further stated that the bride's sister, Mrs. J. S. Ward of Boulder City, was matron of honor. Jay Weight, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. The ceremony was performed by Bishop Bish-op R. O. Gibson. The bride was attired in a three-piece three-piece suit of rose and grey irri-descent irri-descent gabardine, with a single orchid corsage. The matron of honor wore a grey and yellow suit with a corsage of yellow roses. Others present at the ceremony were the bride's parents and J. S. Ward of Boulder City, and Sawang Bhulsuk of Bangkok, Siam. A wedding supper, served at the Hotel Last Frontier, followed the ceremony. The newlyweds spent a brief honeymoon in Boulder Boul-der City, and Las Vegas, Nevada, before returning to Davis Dam, where Mr. Weight is employed as an engineer by the Utah Construction Construc-tion Company. A graduate of the Springville high - school, Mr. Weight also graduated from the U. S. A. C, Logan, and received his Master's Degree from California School of Technology. |
