Show Parties Given, For Visiting BrideandGroom Complimenting Mr. and Mrs. Albert J. Starlin of Burchard, Neb., who were married on June 18 and have been residing in Burchard since that time, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Pet-er Jensen, parents of the bride, entertained en-tertained at a wedding dinner at their home in Mapleton on Wednesday Wednes-day evening of last week. The dinner was also in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Hansen whose twenty-third wedding anniversary "occurred on that day. Honoring Mrs. Starlin, who is the former Ruth L. Jensen, her sister, Mrs. Dean Worthen and Mrs. El-den El-den Worthen of Spanish Fork, and Mrs. Lester Hansen of Mapleton entertained at a shower at the Jens-en home during the past week, for a large crowd of relatives and friends. . . Mr. and Mrs. Starlin have returned re-turned to their home in Nebraska. The bride served three years in the WAVES, much of the time at Clearfield, and after her discharge was employed in civil service work. Mr. Starlin is an ex-service man, having served three1 years in the Army, part of the time overseas. |
