The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Porter, wore a beautiful wedding gown of traditional white satin with lace ruffle trim, long sleeves and sweetheart neckline. Her veil was finger-tip length and was arranged to her head with a crown of seed pearls. She held a beautiful bride's bouquet bou-quet of Reuben lilies and car-ations. car-ations. Attending the bride were Mrs. Elma Harriman as mat- ron of honor; Mrs. Elain A. Anderson, Mrs. Carol F. Miner, Shirley Hansen, Mrs. Marilyn Cv Parry, Mrs. Maxine R. Conk as bridesmaids and little sister, Ptaay Porter was flower flow-er girl. All were in pastel-colored pastel-colored formals and held nosegays nose-gays in corresponding colors. Best man was Gordon Wilson, brother of the groom. Others in the receiving line included the parents of the bride and the groom's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Herb Wilson. The groom is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Wilson of Payson. Refreshments were served under the direction of Mrs. Stella Straw, Mrs. Fern Lar-sen, Lar-sen, Mrs. Delia Dallin, Mrs. Velma Roylance, Mrs. Christine Chris-tine Hatfield and Mrs. Merlene Johnson, assisted by Carol Jean Straw, Janet Groesbeck, Donna Anderson, Norma Roylance Roy-lance and Suzanne Sumsion. During the evening, an entertaining en-tertaining program was given with Arthur Condie as master of ceremonies, and as the guests arrived, music was played by a string trio com-posed com-posed of David Dalton, Stephen Clark and Alice Erickson.
