Miss Pat Frandsen Sets Wedding Date With Allan Harmer Dec. 4 Lovely Miss Pat Frandsen has set her wedding date with Allan Harmer on December 4, the ceremony to take place in the Third-Ninth Ward church. The ceremony will be followed by a wedding reception recep-tion the same evening at the church. The bride-elect is attending a beauty school in Provo and the groom-to-be has attended Brigham Young University. Uni-versity. She is a daughter of Mrs. Don Hazel of Springville Spring-ville and LaVern Frandsen of Provo. Allan's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Harmer of this city. The two young people are both graduates of the Springville Spring-ville High School and LDS Seminary. They plan to make their home in Springville.
