Show Earl Cook Final respects paid Earl Cook here Wednesday H Final respects were paid jj Earl Cook, 76, who died April j -27, 1969 at the Central Utah 'Care Center of causes incident " to age, Wednesday at the Sec-onc'-Eighth Ward Chapel. Bish-I) Bish-I) op Marshall Fox of the Sec-Jfcond Sec-Jfcond Ward officiated. Interment was in the Springville Evergreen Ever-green Cemetery directed by Kt Wheeler Mortuary. l Mr. Cook owned and operat-l operat-l ed Cook's Ice Cream Company here and in Provo for many OCjyears, retiring several yesrs ago. He was born March 9, 1893 in Ferron, Utah, a son of Hy-rum Hy-rum James and Emily Alder Cook, and he married Lera Smith on August 14, 1931, in Denvei, Colorado, j Mr. Cook was an ardent sportsman and outdoor man, end loved growing beautiful flowers. i Surviving are his widow of Springville; four sons and four k daughters, Paul W. Cook of B Price; Vaun M. Cook, with the U. S. Air Force in Spain; James R. Cook of Seal Beach, California; Earl K. Cook of Millard, Nebraska; Mrs. Mark (Kathleen) Atkinson of Salt Bake City; Mrs. Paul (LaRue) Barker of Richmond, Califor-Hiia; Califor-Hiia; Mrs. J. LeRoy (Marjean) Bpiraud and Mrs. John E. (Ka-tren) (Ka-tren) Okey of Provo. Another Slaughter, Mrs. Al (Mary) Poul-P Poul-P on preceded him in death. (Mso surviving are 21 grandchildren; grand-children; five great grandchil-Mlren; grandchil-Mlren; two sisters and a brother ilrs. Mae Cox of Glendale, Dalifcrnia; Mrs. Barbara Hay-t Hay-t nond of Nephi; and Joseph ' 2ook of American Fork. |
