Show FUNERAL HELD SUNDAY FOR MRS. ETHEL L0HER Well attended services were conducted in the Second ward chapel .Sunday afternoon for Mrs. Ethel Harmer Gale Loher, 61, who died last Thursday afternoon of a heart ailment, at the family residence, resi-dence, 171 West First South street. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery, directed by Claudin Funeral home. Mrs. Loher was born in Springville, Spring-ville, October 6, 1886, a daughter of Albert and Elizabeth Giles Harmer. She made her home here most of her life and had been active ac-tive in church affairs. On November 28, 1907, she was married to Clarence C. Gale and they made their home in Ogden for a time. He died September 11, 1918, and in September, 1924, she was married to William Edward Ed-ward Loher. For several years they made their home in various eastern cities, returning to Springville Spring-ville in 1932. Besides her husband, she is survived sur-vived by a daughter, Mrs. Helen Gale Dillingham of Ogden; two grandsons, six brothers and sisters, sis-ters, Elias G., Melvin G., Ernest and Ann Harmer, and Mrs. Floss H. Taylor, Springville; Mrs Clara Black of Ogden. |
