Show SERVICES HELD FOR ENEVOLD ANDERSON Funeral services were conducted con-ducted in the Fourth ward chapel Sunday for Enevold Anderson, 79, farmer of this city, who died unexpectedly Wednesday afternoon, after-noon, at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Fred Averctt. He had been sick about twelve hours. Burial was in the West Jordan cemetery under the direction of A. Y. Wheeler mortuary. Born in Denmark, June 26, 1858, Mr. Anderson came to Utah when he was 12 years of age, with his parents who were converts to the L. D. S. faith. He lived for a time at Lehi, then moved to West Jordan and from there to Springville. For a number num-ber of years he lived on a ranch in Hobble Creek canyon. He married Violette E. Gardner Gard-ner in the Logan temple in 1887. Mrs. Anderson died nine years ago. Surviving are ten sons and daughters: James W. Anderson, Mrs. Fred Averctt, Springville; Mrs. Maude Ridge, Pittsburg, , Calif; Duncan and John Ander-1 son, Benjamin; Carl and WilluTm j Anderson, Chester; Victor Ander- i son, Montecello; Enevold Anderson Ander-son Jr., Los Angeles, Calif; Mrs. Beth Jensen, Mapleton; 33 grandchildren; grand-children; one great grandchild; a sister, Mrs. Christie Whitman and a brother, Christian Anderson, Ander-son, both of Lehi. |
