Show ALBERT. WILMOH FUNERAL TO BE HELD FRIDAY Albert Wilmott, 71, farmer and stockman of this city, died at 2 a. m., Wednesday, following follow-ing a long illness at the family residence on West Seventh South street. He was born at Dunner, Hampshire, Hamp-shire, England, August 21, 1866, a son of Charles and Charlotte Giles Wilmott. When he was 17 years old, lie joined the L.D.S. church and left England to come to Utah. Upon arriving here, July 9, 1883, he made his home with John F. Bringhurst until 1888 when he returned to England Eng-land to visit his family and friends. Returning to Springville two months Jater, he has made his home here since that time. He married Zellah Emma Phillips, Phil-lips, daughter, of Jonah and Ann Thomas Phillips, November 21, 1S94, in the Salt Lake temple. Surviving, besides his widow, are a daughter and two sons, Alzada, Bert, and Fred Wilmott, Springville. Another daughter, Mrs. Edith Wadley died six years ago There are seven grandchildren; grandchil-dren; also a sister and two brothers broth-ers reside in England. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p. m., in the Second ward chapel. Burial will be in the City cemetery. Friends may call at the A. Y. Wheeler mortuary until Thursday Thurs-day evening, when the body will be taken to 'the family residence. |
