Show LEO LARSON , SERVICES HELD , Under the direction of the Eureka Elks lodge and the Amer-l Amer-l ican Legion, funeral services were ) conducted in the Fourth Ward chapel Sunday afternoon, for Leo , Larson, 45, who died suddenly .Friday morning of a heart ail-mit, ail-mit, at the home of a sister, Mrs. George Crandall, with whom 1 he ancj wjfe were visiting. The services included a quartet from Eureka; a vocal solo by Walt Christensen, Eureka, and talks by Robert Miles and Stanley B. Wil-j Wil-j son, toth of Eureka. Burial was in the Provo ceme-. ceme-. 'cry. where the grave was dedicated dedi-cated by Solon A. VJHiod of the Fourth ward bishopric. j Mr. Larson was born in St. George, August 19, 1892. a son of Charles William and Jane Rid-, Rid-, 'ng Larson. He had resided at Mammoth and Eureka since 1910 y and was employed as a compres-I compres-I sor operator at the Grand Central m'ne. He was a World war veteran, vet-eran, having served in the 148th Field Artillery, overseas. He was member of the Eureka Elks t lodge No. 711. He married Clare Stack, July , 2, 1923, In Salt Lake City. Surviving, besides the widow, his mother, Mrs. Jane R. L. 8ner of LeGrande, Oregon; two Cfi and a brother, Mrs. George CafH.
