Show SERVICES FOR J. ABATERS SPANISH FORK Funeral services serv-ices for Joseph Allen Waters were held Monday afternoon at the Third ward chapel, with Bishop Lcgrande F. Smith officiating. Music was furnished by the ward choir directed by Mrs. Annie Corbel, Cor-bel, the opening numbers were "Sometime, Sometime We'll Understand" Un-derstand" and "I Know That My Redeemer Liveth." The closing number by the choir was "Rock of My Refuge." During the services Gilbert Y. Johnson sang "Perfect Day" and Miss Mary Rigtrup gave a musical reading, "Not Understood." Under-stood." The speakers were Principal Princi-pal Loren Anderson of the high school, President H. A. Gardner, Mrs. Hanna Browne and Bishop Smith, who gave the closing address. ad-dress. James A. Boyack offered the invocation. Thomas Halvor-son Halvor-son pronounced the benediction, and Bishop A. T. Money dedicated the grave in the Spanish Fork city cemetery. Mrs. Ruby Erdelen, daughter of Mr. Waters, came from St. Louis, Mo., for the funeral; funer-al; three brothers and a sister came from JAichfield, Utah, and three brothers of Mrs. Waters came from distant towns to attend the services. |
